SAMANVAYA KASHI. M.S.W, M.Phil.,
Passionate about social service, Samanvaya Kashi has been running a Trust called Samanvaya for over two decades.
He started his primary education in his hometown Anavatti, then studied from lower primary standard at Durgambika School and Government Primary School in Davangere district. The education did not happen at one time, it went along with the transfer of the father. After that, he did his 7th standard education in the government school of Ranebennur taluk Kamadod of the then Dharwad district. Father's Transfer Kashi received his further complete education in Shimoga, the gateway to the hills. He completed his high school education in the National High School of the district and did his P.U education in an independent PU college. Having chosen Acharya Tulsi National College for his graduation, he also graduated Master degree in Social work with First rank from Kuvempu University. His thirst for education did not stop here, he also completed M.Phil in 2009 from the Kuvempu University.
Education
Samanvaya Kashi means those who are socially concerned, those who live for the society, there is no mistake! This is his profession, this is his life. It is a matter of pride that we have succeeded in organizing not one, not two, more than 5,000 street plays to create awareness about the prosperity of the society.
From 2006 to the end of 2009 worked as a lecturer in the Department of Social Work, Kuvempu University.
Worked as Community Development Specialist in Urban Development Department since 2010. Worked as District Manager in Skill Development Department, Government of Karnataka since 2017
Up to 2017-2018, Municipal Corporation Shimoga is working under National Urban Livelihood Scheme as manager here.
From the month of August 2018 to the month of August 2019 Hon'ble District Commissioner Mr. K.A. Dayananda I.A.S. is acting as Public Relations Officer for him.
Presently working as District Nodal Officer of Election Commission.
Shimoga, Karnataka's first soldier park, worked as the coordinator of the sculpture camp developed here.
He has shown many initiatives to help the neighboring victims of Shimoga district when he was the district organizer.
Transport the people of the flooded area (Floods August 07-22, 2019) to a safe place and arrange a health check-up camp. Tens of various tasks were completed during his tenure as an organizer such as recruiting volunteers to manage the care centers.

Planted 5000 saplings in Shimoga under Urban Forestry Development Mission.School reaching programs - counselling adolescents on various teenage issues.
Rural youth and women empowerment programs – awareness on self-help groups.
Rehabilitation programs for physically and mentally challenged people.
Health programs for leprosy & HIV/AIDS patients.
Working closely with transgender people on several issues they face in the society.

Received state award for social service from the then Governor Honorable Khurshid Alam Khan when he was still studying in 9th standard. (1993)
He was awarded the National Award for Social Service by the then President Shankar Dayal Sharma during his 10th standard studies (1994).
Once again bagged the State Award by receiving the State Award for Youth for Social Service from the then Governor Smt. V S Ramadevi. (1997)
He also received 'Pradhana Mantri Jamboori Award' from Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao for social service (1998).
Not to forget that he received many awards for his service in NSS and NCC during his college days.
